Majority of enquiries can be resolved efficiently. However, there may be instances when it is beyond our technical support scope to assist you. We are not able to assist you in the following cases :

  1. Hardware Conflicts
    We will try to discover them and make suggestions but we are unable to repair them over the telephone. Please refer to your hardware vendor for the support.

  2. Software Conflicts
    Removal of other software and reinstalling our software may be the only solution.

  3. O/S problem
    If you encounter problems like fatal exception or illegal operation, kindly refer to your PC vendor. 

  4. Modifications made to your software
    Technical support officers are trained to support the software we provide as part of our service and they are knowledgeable about a wide range of other programs. However, we are unable to support software that has been modified.  

  5. Virus in your system
    We may provide suggestions like where you can find the solution to clean the virus, but we are unable to assist you until the virus is cleaned.

  6. LAN/Network environment
    We only support Single-PC, Single user environment. Products are not meant for LAN/Network setup.
