I cannot surf the Internet

Browser Type : Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0

Proxy Setting

  1. Launch the Internet Explorer Program
  2. From the main Windows , click on "View" > "Internet Options..." at the task bar

  4. You will see a dialog window appear as shown below

  6. Click on the "Connection" tab
  7. Check the option "Connect to the Internet using a local area network"
    and uncheck the option "Access the Internet using a proxy server"

  9. Press "OK" button to apply the changes


Clear Memory / Disk Cache

  1. Launch the Internet Explorer Program
  2. From the main Windows , select "View" > "Options..." at the task bar

  4. You should see a dialog window at "General" tab as shown as below

  6. From History option , click on "Clear History..." button and select "Yes" to confirm clear.
