Enable Disable ATM Connection in Windows 2000
This is more like a ON/OFF Switch which allow you to disconnect the Internet Connection.

Disable ATM Connection (Disconnect Internet Connection)

• You must be in connected mode in order to perform disable ATM connection

1. Double click on Connected icon at the taskbar




2. Click on Disable button




3. You will see the ATM Connection icon turn lighter in color




4. You will see this icon will disappear at the taskbar
5. You have successfully disabled the ATM Connection

Enable ATM Connection

• You must be in disconnected mode in order to perform enable ATM connection

1. Go to My Computer > Control Panel > Network and Dial-up Connections and select ATM Connection icon
2. Right click on the mouse and select Enable option




3. Please wait while it is connecting to the Network
4. Once it is enabled , it turns darker in color




5. You have successfully enabled the ATM Connection
