SuperSurf / ValueSurf Plan : I am not able to connect to Magix

We would like you to identify the correct magix hardware in order to proceed to the troubleshooting section. Please follow the procedure below to guide you to troubleshoot your problem step by step.
If you already know which hardware you are using , please select one from below :

Check your login password
You need to have the correct login id and password in order to get connected to Magix .

Identify the Magix Hardware

  1. For Click here to seeMacinosh
    so far there are only one Magix service for Macintosh , please click on the mac icon above to see the troubleshooting guide.
     
  2. For PC
    there are a few service for PC , please follow the steps below to identify them
     
    1. From the Desktop , double click on My Computer icon and follow by Control Panel icon
    2. Double click on System icon

    4. Click on the Device Manager tab

    6. From the Network Adapters , you should see the type ATM cards as shown below


    7. Now you can identify and select the cards by :
      If you see
      • "LevelOne 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Adapter" or any below Ethernet card that used with Alcatel 1000 (ver 2.3)
        you are using the "Ethernet" card with "Alcatel SpeedTouch 510 ver 4". Click on the link to select it.

      • "3Com EtherLink XL TPO 10Mb Ethernet NIC (3C900B-TP0)"
        you are using "Ethernet" card that bought from SingTel Magix . Click on the link to select it.
        If you are using your own Ethernet Card like laptop user using PCMCIA Ethernet card , you have to refer the card type to the vendor . You can still follow troubleshooting / configuration guide here except card driver installation and configuration.

      • "Realtek RTL8029 PCI Ethernet NIC"
        you are using "Realtek Ethernet Card & Aztech DSL900E Modem". Click on the link to select it.
        If you are using your own Ethernet Card like laptop user using PCMCIA Ethernet card with Aztech DSL900E Modem, you have to refer the card type to the vendor . You can still follow troubleshooting / configuration guide here except card driver installation and configuration.

      • "USB Efficient Networks SpeedStream 4060 PPP"
        you are using "Efficient USB 4060" modem. Click on the link to select it.

      • "Aztech DSL700P ADSL Network Modem"
        you are using "Aztech ATM" card. Click on the link to select it.

      • "Alcatel SpeedTouch(tm) USB ADSL PPPoA"
        you are using "Alcatel SpeedTouch USB" card. Click on the link to select it.
