Ensure the format is email address e.g. userid@magix.com.sg
.
Check Password Reset
Ensure that you have not reset your login password
in 2-3 hours ago. It is not updated immediately to
the roaming autheticate server. It will takes effect
after 3 hours.
New Server Settings
Configure the Incoming Mail Server [POP3]
to "globalpop.magix.com.sg"
and Outgoing Mail Server [SMTP] to "globalmail.magix.com.sg"
(without quotation)
Old Server Settings
Configure the Outgoing Mail Server [SMTP]
to "roaming.magix.com.sg"
(without quotation)
Enter proper email address "userid@magix.com.sg"
at the Replying Email Address as it will
cause problem when sending email if it is not properly
done.
When sending and receiving mails from the server,
please try at least twice to confirm that
the process has completed successfully
