Inability to activate Magix service
Please note that an additional charge of $40 plus GST may be levied if we are unable to activate your Magix service under these circumstances:
- Your PC configuration does not meet minimum requirements as outlined
- You were not at home during the agreed-upon date and time for activation. Please contact us if you need to change your installation application.
Service maintenance charges
Following is a schedule of service maintenance charge if, after your first month's subscription, you require replacement of a faulty Magix hardware/modem, reconfiguration of Magix software, or restoration of any related software issued by SingTel:
- $90 for appointments on Mondays to Saturdays during office hours (9am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-1pm Saturday).
- $120 for weekday appointments after office hours.
- $150 for appointments on Saturdays after office hours.(this charge is subject on change)
Relocating your Magix terminal
If you wish to relocate your Magix terminal after your first month's subscription, the charges are as follows. These charges do not include GST or rewiring costs
- $60 for appointments on Mondays to Saturdays during office hours(9am-6pm Monday t Friday, and 9am-1pm Saturday).
- $80 for weekday appointments after office hours.
- $100 for appointments on Saturdays after office hours.(this charge is subject to charge)
Changing your Magix subscription planl
If you wish to change your Magix subscription plan, an administration fee of $10 plus GST shall be charged in addition to the monthly subscription for the new plan.
