Scope Of Service
Pre-survey job require before ADSL line can be lay
Installation of new line to premises ( Optional )
Activation of ADSL line
Loan of ADSL equipment
Installation of Modem and configuration of Magix access (Optional)
Recovery of ADSL line(s), modem and wiring
Termination of ADSL line at the exchange
Terms & Conditions
1.
All charges are subjected to 3% GST and change without prior notice.
2.
SingTel Magix excess usage charge of 5 cents per minute applies after the free hours.
3.
Express charge of $300 (with 5 full working days) applicable, subjected to SingTel confirmation.
4.
Maximum period for rental of SingTel Magix Internet access service is 30 days.
5.
Lead time required to process the application form is 10 full working days. Otherwise subjected to SingTel Magix confirmation.
6.
There will be no discount given for self-installation case(s).
7.
For use of existing Tel. No., applicant must get approval from the registered Tel. owner.
8.
All rental charges will be billed via the Tel. No. used for Magix activation (ie. The registered telephone owner).
9.
Change Request Fee of $30 applicable for each change request (plan, installation date/time, removal date/time & etc.) with 2 full working days advance notice, subjected to SingTel confirmation.
10.
SingTel Magix reserves the right to decline an application without giving any reason and is not obliged to respond to any request from an unsuccessful applicant.
11.
Below Spec. Fee of $40 applies if the desktop do not meet the min. PC requirements (as specified below) which may leads to unsuccessful installation.
12.
Cancellation Fee of $30 applicable with 2 full working days advance notice otherwise the full rental rate will be applied.
13.
SingTel Magix recommends the applicant to do the Magix setup at least 1 working day before the actual event. SingTel Magix will not be responsible for any unsuccessful installation due to unforeseen circumstances.
14.
Unless otherwise approved by SingTel Magix, the applicant is not allow to resell the Service, access the Service simultaneously by more than one user or access in a network environment.
15.
SingTel reserves the right to change the type of ADSL modem on loan without prior notice.
16.
All other terms and conditions of SingTel Magix and Singapore Telecommunications Ltd apply.

Undertakings
I/We* agree to hire the above mentioned service(s) and be bound by the terms and conditions attached here to subject to amendment by SingTel as such manner as SingTel deems proper. I/We* confirm that the information given herein is true and correct. I/We* understand that all charges will be sent to the registered telephone subscriber and will be incorporated in the existing telephone bill. Approval for use of Magix service must be obtained from the registered telephone subscriber.
I/We understand and agree that:
1) any outstanding payments incurred with the Singapore Telecom Group of Companies or
2) should the PC/Notebook used not meeting Magix minimum requirements
may delay any processing of my application.
